How to read the table
- Tier equals the castle level from which the unit is available (1–5).
- Armor reduces incoming damage by a multiplier of
10 / (10 + armor). Armor 3 means −23%, armor 5 means −33%, armor 6 means −38%. - Dmg/s is damage divided by the interval between hits: handy for comparing fast and slow units.
- Range of 60 and above means ranged; up to 30 means melee.
- The price grows by 25% for every castle level above a unit's tier: this protects the game from endless spam of cheap units.
Roles and what they do
- Brawler: a cheap front-line unit.
- Ranged: damage from behind the line.
- Tank: holds the line and takes damage.
- Support: strengthens allies or weakens the enemy.
- Rider: a fast unit that runs around the line and hits the rear.
- Mage: area damage, often magical.
- Siege: destroys lines.
- Air: tier-5 flyers, reached only by spearmen and ranged units.
Who beats whom: counters. All factions: the Kingdom, the Wilds, the Pale Court.
